Custom Made Products
In cases where your solution is not available ex stock or immediately manufactured our expert team can work with you and/or your design engineers to develop a concept, then design and make the appropriate tool in our onsite tool room with the use of a wire cutter, EDM spark eroder, lathe or milling machines and manufacture the finished product.
Ambassador Industrial is one of the few “Australian owned” and operated businesses that has the capability to offer a complete design, tool making and manufacturing ability onsite.
This means that concept to finished goods delivery can be exceptionally fast.
Technology
Ambassador Industrials advanced technical capability includes moulding and extruding a wide range of materials including Natural Rubber, SBR, Neoprene, Silicone, EPDM and a variety of sponges.
Equipped with cutting edge extruding and moulding equipment Ambassador’s new facility provides the capability to extrude profiles of up to 300mm wide and 150mm high. This means that the largest to the smallest jobs in both dimension and volume can be delivered in remarkably short time frames.
